  • Where does the tour start and end?

    The tour starts at ends at Tribhuvan International Airport, Kathmandu. The tour operator will collect you and drop you back to the airport at the end of the tour.

  • How long is the tour? How many days cycling?

    The tour is 11 days long with 5 days of cycling.

  • What's the tour like?

    The tour is half cycling and half adventurous non-biking activities. The cycling is relatiely moderate distances, around 30km (18.6mi) per day, however, due to the high altitude and mountainous terrain, you'll need to have a good level of fitness to enjoy the tour.

    The biking trail consists of walking steep and descent hills, winding trails and terrains. You have to cross wooden bridges. Some trekking trails are made of stone steps and some of stones, boulders, and pastures. You will walk on a ridgeline and also at an elevation, ranging from 800 m to 2300 m (2624 ft to 7545 ft).

  • Are bikes included?

    Yes, a well-known brand of mountain bike is included with the tour - Trek or Giant, for example.

  • Where can I get the Nepal visa from?

    You can get it at the Tribhuwan International Airport in Kathmandu, Nepal.  For the visa application, you have to have the following documents and photos, as well as the correct amount of payment at the airport:  A passport with a validity of six months, Three- passport - sized photos, Visa fee.

    The visa fees, at the time of writing (2019) are:

    USD 25 for 15 days

    USD 40 for 30 days

    USD 100 for 90 days

    If you have Indian nationality then you do not need a visa for Nepal. If you are from Nigeria, Ghana, Afghanistan, Zimbabwe, Somalia, Cameroon, Swaziland, Iraq, Ethiopia or Palestine then you have to apply in advance for a visa as you cannot get it at the airport.
