Bike the Bridges
Cycle a half-day supported tour just outside of Queenstown with river gorges, suspension bridges, bungy and a winery on the menu for a fantastic day out. From Queenstown you'll be shuttled to Arrowtown, enjoy a 15km ride with support vehicle, wine tasting and return transport back to Queenstown. You can opt to upgrade to riding with a guide if preferred, and if not you'll still benefit from the confidence that comes with knowing support is right there - when you have ridden enough you can simply jump in the van.

Your four hour supported adventure biking the Queenstown Trails begins at either 9am or 1pm in summer (1 October – 30 April) or 12 noon in winter (1 May – 30 Sept) with a scenic transfer from your Queenstown accommodation through to the historic gold mining village of Arrowtown. From here you will follow the beautiful Arrow River Trail downstream to where it meets the Kawarau River.
You’ll ride across 2 spectacular suspension bridges and then join the original miners' trail that crosses the famous Kawarau suspension bridge, home of the world's first bungy jump. You’ll finish your ride with a relaxed and complimentary wine tasting (included in tour price) in the Gibbston Valley, before being delivered back to Queenstown.
Note that this tour is not guided but the tour operator will meet you at designated stops along the way to check in on your progress and help, should it be needed.
