The Christmas Holidays are a time to spend with family, but the location can always be changed to spark a new sense of adventure. Most people stick to home, but what could be better than cycling past Vietnam’s glistening waters, tucking into its delicious cuisine, relaxing at its finest resorts and delving into its fascinating history? Put simply this is a trip like no other that your family will remember forever.

Designed specifically with families of all ages in mind, this tour enables you and your loved ones to gain a fascinating insight into a country like Vietnam at a steady and relaxing pace. Having touched down in the chaotic city of Saigon you will quickly be amazed by all the sights, sounds and smells that linger round every corner.

Our journey really clicks into gear when we begin to cycle around the fantastic Mekong Delta. Known as the ‘Rice Bowl’ you will quickly see why as we dive into the culinary delights, while sliding down its beautiful canal paths and back streets. We stay with local hosts here to really gain an authentic experience like no other.

From the Mekong Delta we switch up the pace by flying to the central coast and exploring the melting pot town of Hoi An. This picture perfect town really does have it all with exquisite Chinese and Japanese architecture, delicious cuisine and a wonderful beach, river and countryside to check out.

Later into our tour we head further towards the coast as we explore on our bikes the quieter fishing villages that are so intrinsic to the way of Vietnamese life. Here your taste buds will truly tingle as we enjoy the freshest seafood ever and the best views across beaches and looming mountains.

We understand how important it is to relax and get some really family time in and that is why the last few evenings of our trip are spent staying in the luxury of The Avani Quy Nhon Resort & Spa. With one final rest day here all together you can revel in the private beaches, water activities, swimming pools and epic views to seal what will definitely be the best family Christmas you spend together.
