- Day 1Arrival in Kathmandu
This tour will start in Kathmandu where you will be picked up at the airport and transferred to your hotel. There the group will have a trip briefing and bike fitting, followed by a welcome dinner.
- Day 2Kathmandu – Daman
A transfer in the morning takes the group to the start of the ride at Humane Banjyang, from there you will ride to the rim of Kulekhani Dam Site. The trip continues along the Tribhuvan Highway up to the highest point of the day, 2,320m (7,610ft), at the village of Daman. Here you'll have a panoramic view of the Himalayas, with Everest in the east on a clear day.

- Day 3Daman – Hetauda
This morning starts with a hike up an easy trail to a panoramic view of the valley from an old Tibetan monastery. Afterwards you'll descend through pine forests to Hetauda, in the Terai, the lowland area of Nepal.

A drive to Lothar bridge starts off today's off-road riding on a jeep track through a shady forest following the Rapti River. You'll cycle to the quaint village of Saurah, before arriving at the relaxing resort on the edge of Chitwan National Park.

- Day 5Chitwan Rest Day
Today you'll spend the day at Chitwan National Park, a 932 sq km of forests, water marshes and rippling grasslands that is home to the endangered one-horned Indian rhino, tigers, leopards and rare Gangetic dolphins. The bikes will be left behind as they aren't allowed inside the park, instead you'll explore the reserve from water level on a canoe safari.
- Day 6Chitwan – Lumbini
A full day of activities. It starts with cycling to the Tikauli forest, continuing on to the paved Mehendra Highway and then a break for a picnic lunch. You'll then transfer to Lumbini, the birthplace of the Lord Buddha in 623 BC.

This morning's ride takes you through rural Nepal to give you a glimpse of village life in the Terai lowlands. Later the path meets the Mahendra Highway and the group will have lunch at Butwal; this old Newari city is known for its traditional architecture and sweeping views of the Himalayas.

- Day 8Tansen – Pokhara
Today the ride heads out right from the hotel through the old alleyways of Tansen, followed by an exhilarating descent on a windy road that sweeps down to the Siddartha Highway. Last, a gentle climb up to Galyang, followed by a 2 hour drive to Pokhara.

- Day 9Pokhara – Begnas Lake – Pokhara
From Pokhara the group transfers to Begnas Lake for a 2-hour hike, then you'll meet up with your bike and ride downhill following the road through to Pokhara old town and directly back to the hotel.

The group departs the serenity of Pokhara to return to the bustle of Kathmandu. After the morning's flight, you'll have the afternoon free, then the group meets up in the evening for a farewell dinner.
