  • Where does the tour start and end?

    The tour starts and ends in Zoetermeer, with Rotterdam The Hague Airport (RTM) being the closest airport.

    Zoetermeer is also easily accessible by train and public transport. From The Hague Central Station, buses depart regularly from Platform 6 toward Zoetermeer throughout the day. The journey takes approximately 12 minutes and costs around €3.15.

    If you are arriving at Rotterdam The Hague Airport, take RET Bus 33 to Rotterdam Central Station or Meijersplein Metro Station. From Meijersplein, take the metro toward The Hague Central Station, with the journey taking approximately 27 minutes. From The Hague Central, you can continue by train to Zoetermeer.

  • What's the tour like?

    This tour is classified as Easy, with cycling on mostly flat terrain and daily distances of approximately 20–40 km. The gentle routes make it suitable for those with little or no cycling experience. A bicycle with up to 3 gears is sufficient for this tour.

  • What days are available for the tour?

    This tour is available daily from April 1 - September 25, subject to availability.

  • What do I need to know about luggage?

    Luggage transfers are included. Please have your bags ready at the hotel reception by 8:30 AM. They are guaranteed to arrive at your next accommodation by 4:00 PM. If you arrive earlier, for example around 2:00 PM, your luggage may be delivered later.

    Only 1 piece of luggage per person can be transported. If additional luggage needs to be transported, kindly inform us and an additional supplement may be applied. 

    The maximum size allowed per luggage is 65 x 40 x 30cm and maximum weight allowed is 20kg. 

  • What is a season surcharge?

    A season surcharge starting at EUR35 per person applies during peak travel periods to account for higher operational costs. This is automatically added to the booking.
