Enjoy the whole package as you are shuttled up the mountain before jumping on your bike and descending the exhilarating summit road. You'll then divert onto the Pipeline Trail on the lower foothills of the mountain before cycling through towering eucalyptus trees and giant ferns, taking the scenic route the rest of the way down. Finish off the tour in lovely South Hobart and if you're lucky there may be time to stop at a tavern on the way back.
